- PRIMERO. DIRIMIR el conflicto negativo de competencia entre jurisdicciones suscitado entre el Juzgado 002 Civil Municipal de Arauca y el Juzgado 007 Administrativo de Arauca , en el sentido de DECLARAR que el Juzgado 007 Administrativo de Arauca es la autoridad competente para conocer la demanda ejecutiva singular presentada por el Instituto de Desarrollo de Arauca -IDEAR- en contra de Duv�n Andr�s Caceres Lizcano, Sorayda Lizcano Vera y Nixon Caceres Contreras.
- SEGUNDO. Por conducto de la Secretar�a General de la Corte Constitucional, REMITIR el expediente CJU-7838 al Juzgado 007 Administrativo de Arauca para lo de su competencia y para que comunique la presente decisi�n al Juzgado 002 Civil Municipal de Arauca y a los interesados en este tr�mite .
